In
order to achieve the best results from search engine optimization, we
require that you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Your website will only come on first page after 4 to 8 week in FIRST
PAGE of above mentioned search engines with your industry KEYWORDS OR KEY
PHRASES. (4 to 8 weeks for Basic and Partial Plan for for top 10 to 30
Ranking, Period is depend up on your site content, standards, competition
and quality etc..)
2. Full Payment will be taken in Advance.
3. Webkranti must have the ability to optimize the structure and content
of your web pages. Such changes generally have a minimal visual impact. We
will work directly with you in order to maintain the original look and
feel of your website.
4. You must provide Webkranti with log-on information (username and
password) to allow us to gain FTP or other log-in access to your website.
We will maintain confidentiality of log-in information.
5. You must inform your webmaster or anyone else who has access to the Web
site that we are performing SEO services on the site.
6. If your pages are light in text content (less than approximately 300
visible words per page), you will provide additional relevant content for
the purpose of enhancing SEO ranking.
7. You must inform us of any changes made to your site website while
Webkranti is optimizing it. Webkranti is not responsible for changes made
to the website by other parties that may adversely affect the search
engine rankings of your website.
8. Webkranti cannot guarantee 1st page search rankings but will make every
effort to optimize your keyword search terms. One-word search terms are
discouraged. In nearly all cases we are able to place more search terms on
the 1st page of search engine results, however, Webkranti only commits to
optimizing a maximum of 1 search term per page - excluding "Contact Us",
"About Us", forms, or image-only pages - and 5 search terms per site.
9. Not all websites will qualify for Webkranti website promotion services,
specifically:
• Adult-related websites
• Gambling-related websites
• Pharmaceutical-related websites
• Foreign language websites (Presently we only offer website promotion to
INDIAN sites and Google Search Engine Domain like- .co.in, .in, .org.in, .net.in,
etc.)
• MLM websites and especially Dis-Qualified or Low Ranking by Search
Engine...
• Replicated or template websites / Copy-Pasted materials on WebPages /
Same content on other WebPages...
• Competitor websites (i.e., web design, web development, seo websites
etc)
• Websites with less than 5 pages of content (400 words minimum, does not
include any forms pages, Contact” pages, or “About” pages)
• Websites with primarily dynamic or database-driven content and forms
• Websites with primarily flash content and graphics
10. Search engine companies change their ranking algorithms periodically,
and as such, search ranking positions will fluctuate and cannot be
guaranteed by Webkranti. Any other changes to search engine sites that
cause unfavorable ranking results are out of Webkranti's control and we
cannot be held responsible for such actions or occurrences. If some months
ago you have top/good ranking and suddenly due to some reason ranking
decreases at very low level it is very difficult to recover...
11. You understand that our search engine optimization service does not
include paid search engine and directory submission fees. Fees must be
paid directly to these search directories for review and inclusion (such
as Yahoo for example).

Unique Visitors, Age of Website, Content of Website, Fresh Content of
site, Updates, Competitors/Competition, Listing, Back links, Quality of
Content, Data/Content Relationship, Geographic Target, Domain Type,
Graphics, Errors in Coding, Standards of SEO etc.....
Here are some things to be aware of when it comes to SEO-
SEO has a greater up-front cost because to do it effectively you may need
to redesign the web site. For example; re-structure the site, change text
to increase keyword density, add additional pages to your site, create or
ad links to other sites, create a mirror site, etc.
The ROI for SEO is negatively affected by the fact that it can take 1-3
months to see results, but you must pay up front, and probably every month
after that to insure the campaign is maintained properly.
SEO, when done right, can be very time consuming because more and more,
relevance and therefore page rank, is determined by link popularity.
Ethical link popularity is achieved by a laborious process of negotiating
reciprocals links with other webmasters. This requires significant time to
identify similar, yet non-competitive web sites, writing or calling the
webmaster and formally agreeing to swap links. Then following up to insure
they have placed the link as agreed.
SEO has on-going costs because the search engine algorithms are always
changing and the competition is not standing still. Someone must regularly
check to confirm you are maintaining the desired position for each
important keyword, and if not, make appropriate enhancements.
SEO, when done using methods forbidden by search engines such as cloaking
or doorway pages can result in having your site permanently banned. An
unassuming web site owner could have their site, and in essence their
brand, banned from a search engine. Google specifically warns against
these practices.
It may be realistically impossible to secure a top position (1-5) or even
on the first page of search results for your most valuable keyword
phrases, the ones that would produce the best results or what is known as
conversion rate. Competitors with deeper pockets can afford to spend more
on the work required to hold those top positions, leaving you to work with
second rate keywords.
Even with the best tools and using the best ethical techniques, it is not
reasonable to expect to be able to optimize any single page for more than
5-10 keywords and some experts claim they only shoot for 3-5 keywords. If
you are a small business with a small web site, you are severely limited
on the number of keywords you can optimize for, unless you undertake a
site re-design which only escalates the overall cost.
You don’t optimize a “site” for a keyword; you optimize a “page”. That
means that if you want to have a searcher deposited to your web site’s
home page when they click on your link in the search results, then all
your efforts must be done to optimize your home page or mirror images of
it!
The search results from an organic search (the results that are produced
from SEO) contain text which is often sub-optimal from a marketing

In direct marketing, testing and feedback are crucial. Because of the way
SEO is done, it can take months to change the text seen by a searcher. In
addition, it can take equally as long to ad, delete or change a keyword in

If your keyword research is flawed or your business changes, you could be
back at square one.
In order to gather data to determine how effective your campaign is,
especially when you want to analyze data down to the keywords level, it
requires that you purchase an additional third party product or service
which only ads to the overall cost.
Initial Research- Webkranti will perform keyword research on behalf
of the client to determine the best possible keyphrases pertaining to the
client’s area of business.
Guarantee Period- Webkranti reserves the right to change this
guarantee period on a per project basis.
Refusal- Webkranti reserves the right to refuse a client for
whatever reason.
Changes- Webkranti reserves the right to revise its policies at any
time without notice.
NOTE: YOUR SIGNATURE ON A PRINTED COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT
REQUIRED IN ORDER FOR THE AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BINDING ON YOU. YOUR USE
OF OUR SEO SERVICES SHALL CONSTITUTE A VIRTUAL SIGNATURE, HAVING THE SAME
FORCE AND EFFECT AS IF YOU HAD ACTUALLY SIGNED A PRINTED COPY OF THIS
AGREEMENT. |
