REFUND POLICIES:

1) Refund Policy: (for Goods / Products)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. (e.g.- Computer Parts, Hardware, Digital Signature Token etc)

2) Refund Policy: (for Services)

A) Web Hosting Services- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the order / purchase date, we will refund the cost of your order (Minor Setup Charges and Govt. Taxes will be deducted).

B) Web Design / Software Development Services- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the order / purchase date, we will refund the cost of your order (Minor Setup Charges and Govt. Taxes will be deducted).

C) Domain Registration and Other services- This refund policy is applicable only for new domain name registration. All domain renewal and transfer orders are non-refundable once they are processed. Refund for new domain registration can only be made for the following domain extensions: .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ, .US

Registration for other domain extensions and services are final and non-refundable, Once a domain name has been registered and if you require it to be corrected or cancelled, you need to submit your request to our support desk within 72 hours from the time of registration. After the 72-hour period all domain registration purchases are final and non-refundable. (Minor Setup Charges and Govt. Taxes will be deducted).

3) “No Refund” Policy : There is no “No Refund” policy for services which requires more efforts, work and additional investments from our side or outsourced services.  For example- For Graphics Designing- Our Graphic Designers will work hard to fulfil your requirements, suggestions and corrections, but client is still not satisfied then client have to pay work charges and additional investment charges including man power, software's, electricity etc... while our designers will try to  fulfil your requirements, suggestions and corrections etc until you are not satisfied with your work.
